A make up for a character in the shortfilm "Babyphone" by Marian Meidel.
As you can see the man has a lot of cuts, burns and bruises including a huge gash where his cheek was (half of a cheshire grin).

I used a foamlatex appliance and latex teeth for the cheek, silicone-filled vinil-aplliances for the deeper cuts and latex for the burns. Some wax, alcohol-based paint and dried blood-gel completed the look.

The foamlatex-appliances did fit well, but not perfectly (notice the teeth). The actors headcast got lost in the mail, so I had to sculpt the wound on one of my own heads. It turned out very well though and everybody was pleased with the outcome.
The actor Hartmut Neuber was a real trooper too.
